Our Lessons Start With Fun First!

Parent and Me

Ages 1- 3 years


Parent and me is for both the parent and child. The instructor will explain the stations and skills to the parents. Parents will go around and help their child with those stations and skills.

Preschool Classes

Ages 3- 5 years


Preschool Gymnastics and Tumbling is a great activity for your toddler. The skills your little will learn in preschool gymnastics will help them with any sport they choose to do as they get older. Preschool gymnastics is an excellent foundation.

Beginner Tumbling

Ages 5 and up


Beginner tumbling is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn a strong foundation with focus on fundamental tumbling skills such as handstand, cartwheels, forward and backwards rolls. Classes are one hour long, once per week.

Level 1 Tumbling

Ages 5 and up


Level 1 tumbling is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their tumbling skills. Class time is spent working on round offs, front and back walkovers.  Classes are one hour long, once per week.

Gymnastics

Ages 5 to 18


Beginner and Level 1 Gymnastics is a great class to develop your gymnastics skills. Beginner is for those with little to no gymnastics experience. They will learn all the basic skills on all 4 events. Level 1 is for those will some experience and will develop those skills on bars, beam, floor and vault.

School tumbling

For school cheerleaders only


This class is for school cheerleaders only. They will come to our gym for tumbling instruction and routine spacing.

Beginner Comp Team

Ages 6-14


Our beginner comp team is those who have no all start experience. This is an introduction team that will practice once per week and perform at one competition.

1/2 Season

Ages 9 to 18


Our half season is for athletes who want to get involved with an all start team but does not want to commit to a full season. This team will compete exhibition at 3 completions and will practice once per week.
